Green Key Resources is Hiring an Office Manager Near Sykesville, MD

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position where three days a week will be focused on management and bookkeeping and two days a week will be spent at our front desk.

This role is onsite in Westminster, MD

Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including bill payments and customer invoicing.

· Maintain the general ledger, including creating journal entries and performing multiple account reconciliations.

· Prepare financial and management reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and other reports unique to law firm management.

· Ensure accurate recording of costs advanced on behalf of clients.

· Manage and reconcile client trust accounting system.

· Work with accounting firm to prepare weekly payroll and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

· Collaborate with other team members to support overall financial operations.

· Front desk duties include greeting clients, fielding phone calls, managing office supplies, and other general office duties.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.

· TABS3 Billing/General Ledger/AP/Trust software programs are used daily and applicants must be able to quickly learn this program with extensive training provided.

· Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles and skill in account reconciliations.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
