Green Key Resources is Hiring a Private Client Relationship Advisor Near New York, NY
Responsibilities/Job Duties
- Serve as the client's main point of contact for service and operational requests
- Able to respond to client inquiries, such as cash distributions, tax reporting questions, account maintenance, transfers between accounts, and paperwork
- Onboard new clients by coordinating account setup with internal and external investment, legal and operational contacts
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio statements to clients
- Maintain client list and internal documentation of client data
- Coordinate, document and manage account openings, terminations, and transitions for both institutional accounts and pooled funds
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, relationship managers, risk and compliance to develop new procedures as existing institutional accounts evolve
- Serve as liaison between custodians and/or internal operations and middle office operations to resolve issues that arise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
- 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
