Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Promote Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our entertainment offerings, including live events, digital content, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing, production, and finance teams to develop sales strategies, create marketing materials, and ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards goals.
- Assist with other responsibilities that can include but are not limited to; marketing collateral, meeting notes, operations help, and more.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
