Description:

We're currently hiring for an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team! The studio is committed to sustainable design, and providing unique, customer-driven design solutions to a diverse range of public and private clients throughout New England.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale ground-up projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budgeting phases.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and team members to communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and oversee proposals, bids, and contracts for new projects, including negotiation and contract management.
• Review and oversee construction documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. (Required)
• Registered Architect in the state of Massachusetts (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience relating to large-scale ground-up projects.
• 18 years of overall industry experience (Ideally in large scale commercial, municipal, or higher-ed)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Familiarity with Revit to review and check drawings; direct design production experience is not required.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and building technologies
