Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities on construction job site
- Be the primary point of contact for all on site functions
- Coordinate with project management team on daily schedules and project timelines
- Oversee all subcontractors, vendors, laborers and other jobsite staff
- Ensure proper safety is being adhered to on site according to company safety standards
- Lead daily morning meetings
- Handle all daily logs and other necessary job site documentation
- Communicate with engineers, owners, project management staff and other stake holders
- Complete jobsite walks with appropriate parties
- Ensure project is running smoothly and following project schedules
- Identify issues or problem areas before they arise
- Lead and mentor field engineers
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-year or 4-year degree in construction management or similar field is preferred but not required
- Minimum 10 years of experience operating as a construction Superintendent for commercial construction projects with a general contractor
- Working proficiency of construction scheduling softwares such as Procore
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working on large healthcare projects a plus
- OSHA 30 Hour, First/Aid CPR certifications
- Experience overseeing projects from $20M-$75M preferred
- Annual base salary
