Green Key Resources is Hiring a Staff Recruiting Assistant Near Washington, DC
TITLE: Recruiting Assistant Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute bi-weekly staff recruiting emails to keep the team updated on recruitment activities.
Scan and upload recruiting documents into the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all data is accurately captured and maintained.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System by updating applicant statuses, processing duplicates, and checking in applicants.
Post and remove job openings on both internal and external platforms and maintain electronic recruiting files using iManage.
Oversee the candidate diagnostic assessment process, ensuring timely administration and management of assessments.
Maintain and update recruitment activity trackers, including open/filled positions and job posting status using Smartsheet and other recruiting spreadsheets.
Handle new hire and non-employee worker conflict checks, e-filing all related forms and clearance emails.
Enter and manage non-employee worker data in the HRIS system and maintain records for temporary employees.
Greet and escort applicants to interviews, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Process employment verifications, as well as invoices and expenses for the Human Resources Department.
Assist in organizing and supporting Staff Appreciation Week, Service Awards, and other HR department events.
Qualifications
A two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
At least one year of administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services, corporate, or law firm environment.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word and Excel. Experience with Smartsheet and Applicant Tracking Systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of trustworthiness.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, dependable, and motivated with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Flexibility to work additional hours as required to support team goals and deadlines.
