- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, and construction methods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks, including climbing, lifting, and extensive walking.
