- Report directly to the Director of Product Management for Customer Experience.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout all phases of product development.
- Design and conduct comprehensive user research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Recruit participants for research studies, perform interviews, usability tests, and other research methodologies.
- Analyze research data to derive meaningful insights, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Effectively communicate research outcomes across various levels of the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and can act upon the findings.
- At least 3 years of experience in user experience research or a closely related field.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex research results in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong commitment to a customer-centered approach in product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in collaborative settings, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Previous experience in a B2B or enterprise software setting.
- Familiarity with government affairs and the unique challenges faced by organizations within this sector.
