Job Requirements:
- Must undergo a background check to ensure the safety of our children.
- Possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required.
- Ability to teach and nurture children aged 16 months to 33 months.
- A deep love for children and a genuine enjoyment of teaching in early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and grow.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress.
Qualifications:
- CDA credential or equivalent in early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
