What Youll Do:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment.
• Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive classroom experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.

What Were Looking For:

• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• A warm, patient, and caring demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education in Early Childhood Education is a bonus).
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
