Engages with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, cultivatinga warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, anddignity are reflected in every interaction
Responsible for the overall management andfinancial performance of the Community
Provides hands-on supervision and empowers teammembers to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents
Actively nurtures a motivating environment thatencourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overallsatisfaction of every team member
Develops, implements, and executes qualityassurance and performance improvement initiatives
Ensures compliance with all relevant state andfederal regulations
Collaborates with the marketing and sales teamto strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
RCA or HFA licensure required if applying in the State of Indiana
3 years experience in a healthcare leadershiprole. Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communicationabilities
Must possess leadership and supervisory abilityand the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
Experience in effective budget management andstrong understanding of financial statements and reports
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skillsand ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
