Busy Criminal Defense/Personal Injury Firm is seeking a Legal Receptionist to provide telephone support, assist with general office duties, and manage the front desk.

Employment type: Full time, 40 hours/week

What you will be doing:

* Answer multi-line phone, providing quality information to customers, and direct calls to appropriate staff members

* Greet and direct customers

* Maintain reception area in a neat and organized condition

* Open and close files

* Schedule appointments, maintain attorney calendars

* Administer client conflict check

* Process payments

* Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and filing

* Check and return voicemails in a timely manner

* Prepare letters and documents

Knowledge and Skills Needed:

* High school diploma

* Professional and positive demeanor

* Experience using a multi-line phone

* 1 year office experience preferred

* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

* Dependable and trustworthy

* Detail oriented

Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and other bilingual folks encouraged to apply.

* M-F, 40 hours per week

Compensation Depending on Experience ($17 - $20)
