We're looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and help our garden center grow. 

The Role:

 As a Visual Merchandiser at Green View, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are displayed in an appealing, organized, and efficient manner. Your creativity and a keen eye for detail will contribute to an enjoyable and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and set up attractive displays and layouts for plants, garden tools, and accessories. 
• Collaborate with the buying team to select products for display. 
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and well-maintained. 
• Display sale merchandise to enhance visibility and appeal, encouraging quick sales and efficient inventory turnover.
• Provide input on inventory management and product selection. 
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations. 
• Work with the team to maintain overall store appearance and cleanliness. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in a garden center or similar environment. 
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Physically able to engage in tasks requiring movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for long periods.
