Greenbrook TMS is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to the planning and executing of our marketing and social media initiatives. As a member of our team, you will be tasked with building our social media presence, implementing user-generated content across platforms, and supporting the marketing team in other administrative tasks.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create and edit content for social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

Aid in the development of email campaigns, blog posts and SEO strategy.

Generate creative briefs and pitches to align with proposed content strategy.

Work alongside external marketing agency to support their execution of marketing strategy in a timely manner.

Maintain overall digital presence across platforms.

Update the website as necessary.

Support event activities.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Proficiency in TikTok-style UGC content creation and editing.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Hootsuite, and similar tools.

Bachelors degree in a related field.

Minimum 1 years relevant work experience.

Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading and copywriting abilities.

Knowledgeable on Associated Press Stylebook (AP Style).

A creative and strategic thinker, having exceptional attention to detail, being highly organized, highly methodical, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with self-motivation and proactivity.

Experience working with healthcare and/or behavioral health a bonus.
