Home Care Attendant maintains a pleasant and safe environment, supervises client activities, assists with activities of daily living, provides emotional support and communicates changes in the client’s status to his/her supervisor. Services will be performed in client homes on Greencroft campus and throughout the community at large.

Part Time, flexibility in hours and shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients in a respectful, adult manner.
• Correct practice basic skills to assist with activities of daily living for the client.
• Provide reminders for medication.
• Run errands as requested.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to ready, write and follow instructions.
• CNA preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
