HR & Training Administrative Assistant

Job Description :

Our client is looking for an HR & Training Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities :

Assist Training Department with LMS administration and follow up for course registration

Request quotes, order items and assist with set up and other items for employee events

Support the overall training and HR department in ordering catering for training courses and initiatives, both internally and with vendors and partners

Responsible for ordering of flowers and other employee items and mailing / shipping of employee-related letters, equipment and other items

Responsible for all filing in the Training and HR departments

Education Requirements :

Minimum of Associates degree

Desired Background / Skills :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative / clerical role

Previous experience with administration or data entry in an LMS preferrred

Previous experience with event coordination a plus

Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
