Position: Machine Operator
Location: Oxford, NC
Pay: $16.50 - $20/hr (depending on experience)
Experience: 2 years of experience working in a machine operator position.
Education: A technical degree is a plus!
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am
Greene Resources is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Prepare machines to start a production cycle.
- Assist with calibration٫ cleaning and other activities on machines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Supply raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Conduct tests and use various measuring tools to check machine parts.
- Detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Create and maintain activity logs and records of products.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with production procedures.
- Ability to read and implement blueprints٫ schematics and manuals.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and strength.
