Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team to support the GGP leadership team. This person will play a crucial role in helping us oversee our portfolio companies and facilitating growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain Corporate Financial Model
• Maintain Portfolio Company Investment Models
• Develop presentations materials relating to equity matters, valuation and investment analysis
• Support portfolio company M&A transaction analysis and diligence
• Support ad hoc portfolio company financial analysis needs (e.g. budgeting, forecasting, compensation)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Preferred backgrounds: Audit/Tax/Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, PE/Family Office
• Strong financial statement analysis experience and analytical skills
• Strong excel skills: Financial modeling, advanced shortcuts, Lookups, Sumifs, etc
• Nice to have: M&A transaction experience, capital raises, Investment Analysis
• Nice to have: Power BI, Power Query
