DUTIES: - Assist in production and service of meals - Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed - Follow strict food safety, allergen, nutrition, and portion control guidelines - Record accurate meal counts - Handle money accurately and cash out students and adults as needed - Any other duties as assigned by the managers or the director SALARY: As per negotiated contract HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7.25 hrs / day, 6:15am - 1:30pm
