Lifespan Associate Mental Health Professional (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)

Seeking a passionate, empathic, self-reflective, and growth-oriented licensed psychologist for a hybrid position on our clinical mental health team working with clients across the lifespan! Established in 1991 by Dr. Andrea Davis, Greenhouse Therapy Center in Pasadena, CA is a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and body-based clinicians committed to partnering with children, adults, parents, couples, and families to support them with the struggles they face while honoring their individual differences, strengths, and needs. Second-round applicants will be asked to submit videos demonstrating their relational approach to psychotherapy in a mock therapy situation.

We are seeking registered mental health providers (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) who:

• Demonstrate outstanding clinical effectiveness

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience providing specialized services in one or more of the following:
• Trauma-informed therapies (e.g., EMDR, havening, cognitive processing)
• Child/adolescent therapy
• Art/Music/Movement/Somatic therapy
• Play therapy
• LGBTQIA affirming care
• Couples therapy, family therapy
• Therapy for neurodivergent clients (especially. DIR/Floortime-informed therapy)
• Other areas of expertise and clinical focus
• Demonstrate outstanding administrative/organizational skills
• Be able to provide both in-person and telehealth services
• Be able to provide client-facing services in the afternoons/evenings and at least one weekend day
• Demonstrate passion and initiative for innovating new programs, outreaches, and approaches to serving our community & clientele

What we expect from you:

• Commit to at least 15 (if part-time) or 25 (if full-time) client-facing hours per week
• Commit to an additional 3-6 paid hours per week (proportionate to your client-facing hours) to participate in case collaboration team consults, internal trainings, case collaboration groups, and other administrative duties as necessary
• Maintain prompt and effective communication with executive, administrative, and insurance billing teams
• Maintain confidential and thorough client records
• Complete timely and accurate billing for therapeutic services
• Availability to work hybrid in the afternoons or evenings, and at least one weekend day

All full-time clinical employees receive (25 client-facing hours, 5-6 administrative hours):

• $48,600 - $61,080 year commensurate with qualifications and experience.
