Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: Franklin, MA

Hours: 9-5pm (Hybrid schedule available after training)

Salary: $83,000 - $100,000

Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be a key player in training, influencing, and supporting our team to achieve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional results. Your role will involve addressing internal and external non-conformities, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving process improvements, and upholding our Quality Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Oversee and coordinate the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• · Prepare, implement, and maintain QMS documentation.
• · Keep management informed through detailed performance reports and KPI management.
• · Develop and document procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.
• · Manage the calibration and testing programs.
• · Lead internal quality audits.
• · Conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions and process improvements.
• · Prepare critical analysis documents and responses for internal and external non-conformities.
• · Provide technical assistance to customers for resolving technical issues.
• · Coordinate and administer the Integrated 5S Program.
• · Manage the integrated management performance index and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing quality or regulatory team in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing an ISO program.
• Proven project management skills with timely completion.
• Proficiency in Office365 Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification is a plus.
• · Auditing certification is a plus.
