Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Recruit, interview, pre-screen and work with both temporary/contract and direct hire workforce to fulfill client job order requirements
- Work closely with company-trained sales initiatives relative to marketing candidates
- Administer and host various order fulfillment tasks as delegated by management
- Provide leads to sales division
- Assist with plant and/or onsite transitions; implement strategic planning
- Provide recruiting and/or administrative coverage in branches when needed
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of recruiting resources
- Significant marketing of applicants through intensive job searching
- Post jobs on various outlets (i.e. job boards, local colleges, career centers)
- Participate, schedule, attend and constantly research upcoming recruiting events (i.e. Open Houses, Job Fairs, networking events)
- Report injured workers to corporate office; assist with modified work efforts and investigations
- Resume searching using a variety of search engines
- Act as Account Manager and Primary TAS for assigned clients per manager
- Source, pre-screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews for temporary/contract and direct hire division
- Conduct reference checks, as needed
- Counsel temporary employees on job performance; issue corrective actions
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to application intake and new hire orientation session
Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Customer service and time management skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft programs (MS Outlook and Word required)
- Must be very familiar with a variety of online recruiting site
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
