Team One Nissan of Albertville - Automotive Accounting Clerk

Seeking individual with:

Excellent Work Ethic that includes timeliness, trust worthiness and the ability to get along well with others.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

Experience in payables, receivables and general accounting is a plus but not required.

Pass Background checks and Drug testing as required.

Immediate Availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Paying vendors and service providers.
• Posting transaction details in accounting software.
• Reconciling statements and payment records.
• Ensuring clients are properly billed for goods or services.
• Creating and sending out invoices to customers.
• Processing payments received.
• Preparing bank deposits.
• Creating excel reports to post large quantities of data.
• Assisting with monthly closing.
• Assisting with other office duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Computer experience with Word, Excel and UCS/Reynolds a plus of CDK
