Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Production Assistant at our Tribeca Flagship. As our Jewelry Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the production team with processing special orders, diamonds and gemstones. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the production team, maintaining diamond inventory, conducting quality checks on outgoing special orders, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for jewelry and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a background in jewelry production or a related field, and a desire to contribute to a team-driven and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in jewelry production or a related field; Graduate Gemologist Degree or education a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of jewelry materials, tools, and techniques
• Experience with jewelry repair and restoration is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
