Full Time, Monday-Friday

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required. Master's degree in business or a health-related field preferred. At least three years of professional experience in two or more of the following areas: RN patient care, utilization management, patient care quality assessment, continuous improvement in a health care environment, medical social work, medical staff affairs, infection control or risk management required.

Progressive management experience, including at least one year with frequent involvement with senior management, physicians and outside patient care providers. At least one year of experience in the utilization of statistical methods and tools in a continuous improvement work environment preferred.
