Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where young children can develop their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Manage classroom activities effectively to create an engaging learning atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success
Experience:
-PEL REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in curriculum development and classroom management
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques
- Familiarity with education administration processes
- Ability to use library services effectively for educational purposes
- Proficiency in learning technology tools for educational enhancement
- Strong skills in educating young children with diverse learning needs
- Experience in behavior management and creating inclusive classroom environments
- Ability to proofread educational materials for accuracy
