Job DescriptionThe Site Manager will work with site leadership to create a World Class maintenance program, supporting manufacturing and facility operations by incorporating maintenance best practices and instilling a culture of continuous improvement for the maintenance team. The Site Manager must be able to plan and execute work effectively, be well-organized, and prepared for responsibility and decision making. They must also work well with multiple clients, understanding the complexities of a client-contractor relationship, and able to support site safety programs with excellent results. Position Responsibilities - Essential
Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Support the safety program for the department; create a safe culture to sustain safety standards for all maintenance technicians
Establish solid accountability and proficiency standards for all staff
Develop the current maintenance group into a fully functional, World Class operating team
Create a reliability-focused environment that will reduce operating cost while improving overall equipment effectiveness and asset utilization
Execute procedures for the department to follow to eliminate failures and support specific measures to prevent repeated failures
Coordinate and improve the ratio of proactive to reactive activities on a day-to-day basis
Plan and schedule Proactive maintenance work
Use a computerized maintenance management system to track and collect data and to create management reports as needed for planning and effectiveness evaluation
Direct leadership accountability and oversight of electrical, electronic and instrumentation crafts; supervisory staff and supplementary third-party resources
Lead a team and create a culture which fully understands the value of continuous process improvement
Participate in review of overall plant performance measures
Coordinate with site leadership to ensure performance standards are met
Conduct daily, weekly, and one-on-one meetings with maintenance team
Support customer meetings and plant initiatives
Work with individuals on career planning, training, and skills development
Support the overall initiatives of the Maintenance and Engineering Department
Develop and execute projects, as defined by client
Individual projects may require this position to assume functional responsibilities that include but are not limited to Project Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout projects
Coordinate with site management on status, significant trends, and changes of approved projects

Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized
Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule
Provide daily communications to appropriate stake holders on project or machine status
Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities
Based on the nature of the essential functions associated with this role, GreenWood has designated this as a “safety-sensitive” position

Perform other project engineering and project management related duties as assigned
Essential Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience as Electrical Supervisor
10 years of experience in Project Management
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment
A proven record of managing a safe working environment
Organizational skills including 5S and shop housekeeping
Professional communications and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ACCESS)
Experience in CMMS (prefer iMaint) and report writing
Contractor and vendor coordination experience
Experience demonstrating successful support of a positive safety culture
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation(s)
Beneficial Skills And Experience
Greater than 10 years project management experiences
PMP and or other PMI Organization Certifications
