At Greenwood Rehabilitation Hospital, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 13 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification. At our 54-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving South Carolina and Georgia. We also have a 12-bed transition care unit that has been national recognized as well. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. The role is also responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered lifestyle. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
