Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Make Ready/Punch Technician to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Make Ready/Punch Technician and is able to manage the demands of a Class A property with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Rehabilitate all vacant apartments to rent-ready condition
• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed effectively and on schedule
• Respond to resident concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Perform occasional on-call emergency services and repairs as required
• Report and document any maintenance concerns for repairs
• Assist in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies
• Conduct preventive maintenance procedures
• Maintain the grounds and common areas, picking up trash as necessary
• Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards
• Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, on or off the property

• Must have own tools

• Flexible with work schedule, including availability to work on-call during weekends, evenings, and holidays

Experience Requirements:

• Must have multi-family experience
• Proven experience in make-ready efforts and general apartment maintenance
• Experience as a Make Ready/Punch Technician (1 years)
• Troubleshooting/repairing common maintenance issues (1 years)
