Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling services, assisting with customer needs, and communicating customer requests with technicians in the field. Customer Service Representatives must also be able to project positive and professional image to our customers.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Returning Voicemails
• Responding to emails in a professional manner
• Taking phone calls and inputting information into the computer
• Communicating with technicians and management
• Taking payments and posting production

Requirements:

• Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Problem solving skills
• Some computer knowledge
