Gregor Industries is seeking an Administrative Recruiter for Human Resources to assist the Human Resources Department with the following:

  • Use various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
  • Assisting with new employee hiring process
  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
  • Develop clear and concise job descriptions for open positions.
  • Use various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests and assessments to determine candidates’ suitability.
  • Conduct reference checks to verify candidates’ employment history and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities to senior management.
  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company by coordinating with various departments.
  • Help promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to build a strong employer brand.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in screening, interviewing, and record-keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address recruitment challenges and improve processes.
  • Understanding of human resources principles, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of recruitment activities.
