Gregory Auto Group is growing again!
Due to high traffic and growth GREGORY AUTO GROUP is looking to hire a Parts and Service Advisor for their Mitsubishi store. Dealership Experience is a MUST!
Parts/Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:
- Service Advisors / Service Consultants greet customers and complete service request form; suggest services and specials
- Prioritize required services and provide options
- Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
- Providing Technicians / Customers with parts
- Ordering / stocking parts
- Generating new Wholesale accounts and Maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
- Generating estimates based on work needed
- Answering questions related to parts
- Providing exceptional Customer Service both in person and over the phone
Parts/Service Advisor - Requirements:
- Parts Department Experience a MUST!
- Dealership Experience is a MUST!
- Luxury Experience is a PLUS!
- Must be a team player!
- Good knowledge of cars required
- Computer proficient
- Valid driver's license
