INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Industrial Maintenance Technician will ensure that our high speed, automated, filling and packaging, and processing equipment is maintained to a level to ensure production and quality standards are met. They will help implement and perform Preventive Maintenance on all production and plant equipment.

What you would be doing as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:

An Industrial Maintenance Technician will assist quality in keeping plant in “audit ready” condition by cleaning and lubricating parts and calibrating and repairing pneumatic systems while managing electrical and mechanical projects or upgrades.

• Performing preventive measures for safeguarding machinery against any kind of degradation
• Respond, record, and track all emergency maintenance calls in effort to find root cause
• Communicate effectively and carry out detailed written and oral instructions

Requirements:

• Knowledge to troubleshoot and fix: air valves, cylinders, bearings, sprockets, chains, gearboxes, conveyors, sensors, switches, transformers, 3 phase motors, VFD’s
• Familiar with basic PLC components
• Knowledge of checking ac/dc voltages and resistance on a meter
• Excel in a fast-paced, automatous work environment
• Self-managed, Self-motivated, Independent
• Communication and Prioritization Skills
• Provide own general tools but specialty tools are provided by company
• General mechanical shop abilities
• Aseptic experience helpful but not required
