Gregory Ralph, Architect is Hiring a Project Designer Near Fort Myers, FL

Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have five to 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a professional degree from an accredited program. While licensure is preferred, it is not required. The Project Designer will work independently on architectural design projects, coordinating efforts and developing planning and creative design concepts. This role requires substantial experience in developing details and providing planning and design support in the preparation of design development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Independently work on architectural design projects from conception to completion.
  2. Coordinate project design efforts with other team members and stakeholders.
  3. Develop planning and creative design concepts for projects.
  4. Prepare presentation drawings and design details.
  5. Provide planning and design support in the preparation of design development.
  6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in architectural design.
  8. Coordinate, oversee, and review Junior staff work as well as collaborating with Team Members in our FL and NJ location.
  9. Other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Five to 10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  2. Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  3. Licensure preferred but not required.
  4. Management experience preferred
  5. Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
