Gresham Hunt are supporting a middle market REPE firm that are looking to bring in an Associate to join their acquisitions team based in Miami, Florida.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience at either a Private Equity firm (preferred), Investment Management firm or Tier One Investment Bank
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management
• Prior Multifamily experience, coming from an acquisitions/investments background background. Ideally also having some originations experience too
• Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter
• Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
