Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of dental terminology
• Prior experience working with PPO dental insurance companies
• Dentrix (not required, experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook and Word in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great at problem solving and follow up
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• High School degree

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients
• Monitor and manage a productive schedule
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for our patients
• Accurately enter insurance information into computer software
• Present treatment plans along with financial options as needed
• Assist with collections & accounts receivable

Hours:

Monday- 6:45am-4pm, Tuesday- 6:45am-5pm, Wednesday- 6:45am-4pm, Thursday- 5:45am-3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 38 per week
