Summary:

We're looking for applications from Machine Learning Engineers with demonstrated leadership skills from high-profile companies (target scope: EM / Sr EM). We recently funded a startup that's focused on bringing an AI-first enterprise product to market (built with LLM's), and we're looking to round out the founding team with an expert in AI. Company is valued over $100M.

If you have 5 years relevant industry experience (including 1 year of GenAI industry exp) with a strong academic foundation, along with an ability & willingness to work as an IC (to get things off the ground), we'd like to hear from you. Priority given to candidates who have worked for marketing-leading AI companies and/or successful startups.

Qualifications:

• LLM Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI’s GPT series (GPT-3, GPT-4)--including model integration, customization, and optimization within diverse applications.
• LLM Fine-Tuning and Transfer Learning: Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks or industries, including the use of transfer learning techniques to adapt pre-trained models to new domains or requirements.
• Data Handling Skills: Proficiency in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools (e.g., Pandas in Python) is crucial.
