**Registered Nurse Responsibilities:**

• Provide Private Duty Nursing in patients' homes
• Deliver quality healthcare in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Communicate effectively with other nurses and Clinical Management
• Adhere to shift schedules reliably
• Accurately document patient care
• Promote health, and teach and train family members

**Qualifications:**

Valid RNLicense in the state of Texas

Current CPR certification

Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience with trach care, G-Tube, and ventilators is a plus

Supplemental Schedule: Extended hours, Holidays, Overtime

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
