Greystones is hiring a Project Manager to support a program with the Army developing AI technology. This role oversees multiple AI projects from initiation through deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. It involves collaborating with diverse teams to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, while developing detailed plans and monitoring progress against milestones. The position also entails identifying risks, communicating with stakeholders, implementing knowledge management solutions, and promoting best practices to enhance project efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

Hybrid schedule reporting to Falls Church, Alexandria, or Arlington 2-3 days a week.

Major Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Aids in planning, developing, testing, and documenting projects.
• Implements business process improvement practices to modernize projects, enhance acquisition processes, and update outdated methodologies.
• Assists agency teams in developing and managing project milestones, goals, and deliverables.
• Remains up-to-date on the latest trends in AI systems, software architectures, design patterns, DevSecOps, and systems architecture.
• Collaborates closely with clients and requirements owners to expand product lines.
• Creates plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies, analyzing and breaking down activities and requirements into software designs for system components and sub-components.
• Develops, captures, and documents reference architectures and related reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years’ experience, Masters Degree plus 5 years of experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge in modern software architectures such as micro-services and front-end frameworks.
• Ability to arrange requirements underlying feature requests, recommend technical approaches and facilitate efforts to meet timelines.
• Experience working with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository system (MARS), Open Mission Systems bridge, or Open-Source Intelligence.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
• DevSecOps experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.
