Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a YouTube Content Creator at Grid School. As a YouTube Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content related to full-stack web development and software engineering. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and scripting video topics, recording and editing videos, optimizing content for SEO, and engaging with the Grid School community through comments and discussions.
Qualifications
- Passionate about YouTube and creating new content
- [Prefered but not required] Proficiency in full-stack web development and software engineering
- Experience in creating educational content for YouTube or other platforms
- [Prefered but not required] Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages/frameworks like C#,.NET, Python, and Firebase
- Excellent video screen recording and editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to present complex concepts in a simplified manner
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience or interest in mentoring and supporting a learning community
- Experience with Discord or similar community platforms is a plus
