Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads and generating new leads
- Serve existing customers by optimizing their current purchase plan
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Make recommendations for the customer
- Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines; self-motivated
- A service attitude-able to handle calls with questions or issues that do not end in a sale
- Must be able to pass a background check and attain and sustain a valid State license
- Licensing training program and ongoing Sales Training
- Average first year earning $70,000-$90,000 plus bonuses
