Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach is seeking a Cashier to join our dynamic Service Team. Top candidates will need to be professional, possess a positive attitude, have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Working HoursSaturday 8:00 TO 7:00PM
Sunday 11:00 TO 5:00PM
Responsibilities

• Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online
• Process payments from Customer's for Service and Parts transactions
• Processing the reconciliation of all cash, credit card and check transactions
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Greeting Customers upon arrival to and from our dealership
• Booking appointments for Service Customers
• Cleanliness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred)
• Reliable and honest
• Pleasant and professional disposition and phone voice
• Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
• CDK/ADP (Preferred)
• Computer and data entry skills
