Absolute Collision is currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED individual, who will continue to help us EXPAND Absolute Collision’s reputation throughout North Carolina. Our Parts Coordinators are responsible for ordering, receiving, and verifying parts received are accurate and damage free, getting parts to garage bays once vehicles are pulled in, and maintaining a clean and orderly parts room.

Requirements

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Order and receive all parts delivered to the shop.
  • Return any incorrect, damaged, or unnecessary parts for credit as outlined in the task list.
  • Store parts in the appropriate area of the parts room according to the RO#.
  • Follow up with vendors on any parts not yet received.
  • Handle any returns/re-orders that need to be made during the repair.
  • Make sure that cars are taken out for sublet work at the necessary times during the repair process.
  • Monitor service provided by both sublet and parts vendor in terms of quality and price.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Minimum High School Diploma / GED
  • Well organized
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures as described in the parts assistant task list
