- Experience analyzing EOB information, including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, contractual adjustments, denials and more. Rework claims and resubmit as needed.
- Experience contacting patients, insurance, or third-party administrators when clarification of information is needed to successfully post payment.
- Experience working on recoupment accounts to settle.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
