Griffis/Blessing is looking for a Commercial Service Technician to provide maintenance service to our commercial properties in Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Be an active participant in the maintenance operations of commercial properties, maintain a positive, total service attitude to build good tenant, vendor and team member relationships. The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Strong communication, organization and follow up skills
- Self-starter; must be able to work independently
- Three years of commercial facility maintenance experience preferred
- Electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry experience a must
- Tenant finish and renovation experience a plus
- Their own tools
- Reliable vehicle
