Griffith Centers is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor Near Northglenn, CO
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing direct services to children.
- Two years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a supervisor role.
- Must pass an extensive background check, comprehensive drug screening, physical exam, have a
- valid driver’s license
- Able to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff.
- Advanced computer, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ethical and Quality Standards
- Knowledgeably administer the clinical aspects of the Griffith Centers, according to standards of quality.
- Ensure appropriate practices as outlined by local, state, and federal regulations and best practice standards.
- Conduct training sessions (2 times per month) for new therapists on topics relating to mental health care.
- Treatment Records: ensuring timely and ethical compliance with all clinical records, document supervision sessions with each supervisee.
- Provide and document weekly/biweekly supervision for assigned supervisees.
- Complete contract compliance audits for supervisees every 45-60 days.
- Provide supervision for an average of 200-250 cases.
- Maintain regular contact with all members of the team.
- Facilitate & document individual supervision by actively listening, providing constructive feedback, and articulating expectations and goals.
- Ensure supervisees understand feedback and are open to addressing any questions or concerns.
- Emergency phone line coverage 60 days per calendar year.

- Maintain healthy and professional boundaries.
- Must maintain client confidentiality.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
- Lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds.
