Job Summary :

Griswold Home Care in West Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits :

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $16 / hour, once all required trainings and onboarding are completed, an automatic base pay increase will be set to $18.50 / hour.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and instructions provided by the client or their family.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment for clients.
• Report any changes in client's condition or safety concerns to the appropriate individuals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Requirements :

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 5 years' experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and follow directions.

This position requires Open Availability.

Considered applicants must be willing to work every other weekend, have a predetermined set schedule made by our Schedule Coordinator, and be willing to work with multiple (2-3) clients a day.
