A mix of social services, operations, customer service, finance, sales, and scheduling are all part of a Care Coordinator’s exciting role.

Care Coordinator Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Meeting with prospective clients
• Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
• Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
• Completing customer service visits with clients
• Working as a team in an office environment.
