Job Title: Retail Inventory Supervisor - Gritr Sports & Outdoors

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for leading our retail store's Inventory team.

Compensation: $22.00/hr
Schedule:7 AM - 3 PM Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Audit transfer orders
• Audit inventory supply needs
• Assess inventory needs on the sales floor
• Build SKU's in inventory system
• Assign daily tasks to inventory team
• Lead weekly inventory team meeting
• Facilitate monthly serialized cycle counts
• Facilitate hard goods cycle counts
• Conduct quarterly reviews of inventory team
• Provide leadership on sales floor as needed
• Advise on sales floor merchandising
• Recruiting & hiring
• New brand acquisition

• Retail leadership experience
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
• Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift
