Sales MerchandiserSummary:Assist Sales Representatives with merchandising needs involving tagging, resets, and sew store sets. Leading convenience store wholesaler looking for an energetic and self-starting individual that is familiar with products and items related to the industry. Primary functions are tagging and resetting our merchandise via Plan-o-Grams within an established customer base and new clients. Possess the ability to travel daily to different or multiple store locations within, but not limited to, the San Antonio, South Texas, and surrounding areas. Some overnight travel is required. The ideal candidate would reside within a 40-mile radius of San Antonio, Texas.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist sales representatives with merchandising needs on new and existing customers.Share merchandising expertise and techniques with sales representatives and stay abreast of latest trends.Provide weekly itineraries for scheduled work as representatives submit requests.Provide weekly reports of activities completed.Submit monthly recap report to Sales Manager.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form.
